Our Candidate Process

  • Send us your resume as an attachment (WORD or PDF).
  • We'll quickly review your resume and respond.  If we believe that we can assist you, we'll email back suggested times for an initial 20-30 minute phone discussion about possible opportunities.
  • If we agree to work together, we'll need 3-5 references with phone numbers and emails to do our due diligence before presenting you as a candidate for any position.
  • Everything you send is strictly confidential and we will always check with you before sending out your resume or mentioning your name to a possible employer.
